Ariel Van Pelt is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Sustainability Studies and an emphasis in Global Sustainability. Ariel has a background in conservation and field work with Arizona Game and Fish.  She manages a Wood Pole Replacement program and created a process to streamline the project timeline to consultants.  Ariel applies her environmental stewardship to distribution and sub-transmission system reinforcement and system integrity projects by obtaining necessary cultural and biological resource studies for project due diligence.
