Bella Jimenez is a Right of Way Agent II with Sonoran Land Resources. She is an Arizona Licensed Real Estate Agent and an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), where she serves as Membership Chair for IRWA Chapter 73.

Bella earned her Associate’s Degree from Pima Community College and is currently pursuing her Right of Way Agent (RWA) certification through the IRWA. With prior experience in title and escrow analysis, as well as right of way acquisition, Bella brings valuable expertise and dedication to the Sonoran team.
