Renee Darling brings more than 25 years of experience permitting projects throughout the Southwest, holding a Bachelor of Science in Botany from Western New Mexico University. She has successfully permitted major infrastructure, utility, commercial and residential development projects with all land management agencies and is particularly adept at multi-agency project management, which is often inherent of linear projects. She has extensive experience in resource analysis, project management, transmission line siting and regulatory compliance. Her background in biology and cultural resources lends value to projects on federal lands, where National Environmental Policy Act compliance is required.
