Sienna Morales-Sweeney is a Regulatory Permitting Specialist, specializing in State and Federal permitting. Sienna is experienced with various agency policies and procedures often associated with land rights necessary to build infrastructure projects. Sienna has earned her associate degree and is currently working towards obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in  Environmental Sciences.
